A pattern Rita Ochonogor first noticed in public health, helping people navigate behavioural change.

Before Lumary, our founder, Rita Ochonogor, learned a foundational truth through behavioural coaching: people rarely fail because they don’t know what to do. They struggle because they lack structure and support.

Years later, she saw the same challenge among business owners. What was missing wasn’t expertise-it was the systems, time, and consistency needed to stay visible. The problem was different. The pattern was the same.

That single insight became Lumary: a partner built to transform ideas into repeatable systems.
